OpenWorld (the "Application") is designed as a local-first platform. We believe your physical training, study habits, biometric metrics, and daily quest logs are highly personal.
All user profiles, names, photos, custom sceneries, stat trackers, gold/credit records, and completed quest logs are stored 100% locally in your device's isolated application storage sandbox.
We (the developers) do NOT maintain any remote databases, database servers, or cloud user profiles. We do not collect, harvest, view, or process your data. Your data lives and dies entirely on your local physical device.
When using advanced features such as the AI-assisted Quest Planner, Armor Forge Studio, Focus Sanctuary scenery generators, or the AI portion-estimation Food Scanner:

None of the permissions listed above are used to harvest data, track location, or leak diagnostic metrics to external networks.
The Application utilizes only Google's official Gemini/Veo generative models over direct client secure HTTPS connections. Please review Google's Privacy Policy to understand Google's compliance guidelines. No analytics frameworks (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Flurry), crash reporting platforms that collect files, or tracking Software Development Kits (SDKs) are compiled inside the application.
Because 100% of your progress resides locally, you have total, immediate control over your data. You may securely compress and export your entire sandbox (including levels and saved images) into a local ZIP archive file inside your phone's public Downloads directory at any time, or execute a "Rebirth" factory wipe inside the settings tab to permanently purge all data from disk.
The Application is strictly designed, intended, and marketed for users who are at least 13 years of age (or older). We do not knowingly collect, request, or store personal information or photos from children under the age of 13 under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If we discover that a child under 13 has initialized the Application or entered prompts, please note that all such data resides strictly on the local device. Parents or guardians may permanently delete this data by executing a factory reset inside the settings tab or uninstalling the Application. The Application does NOT diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage any chronic or clinical health condition (including, but not limited to, Type 1/2 Diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular illnesses, metabolic syndrome, eating disorders, or physical orthopedic trauma).
Our System AI contains strict software limits to prevent extreme diet and starvation thresholds (such as dropping calorie ceilings below 1,200 kcal for women or 1,500 kcal for men, or dry fasting over 24 hours). However, you explicitly acknowledge that any physical or nutritional regimen represents general advice. You are instructed to consult a licensed medical physician, a registered dietitian, or a physical therapist prior to enacting any AI-generated quest.

Since execution, AI generation speed, and storage operate strictly in your local, private client environment, we do not guarantee uninterrupted performance, and are not liable for any lost local database files, corruption of exported save-state backups, or local file purges.
You agree that any dispute or conflict arising out of this platform, local software installation, or liability agreements shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding individual arbitration, completely waiving rights to participate in class-action lawsuits or jury trials.
